Some of you may have noticed a distinct lack of torches, big bonfires and magical ribbon poles this morning. Well, looks like the Fire Festival was scheduled to end yesterday as stated by Blizzard on the general forum today:

The Midsummer Fire Festival was scheduled to end after the fireworks and festivities that took place throughout July 4th. Technically, it ended when it was intended to end. Still, I understand your frustration in regards to the listed date on the website; we’ll work with the web team to ensure these end dates are clearer in the future. Apologies for the confusion.

Aeus Tells us they have put in a hot fix to get rid of the spam in the LFG channel:

To prevent spamming, a fix has been implemented which will allow players to only chat in the LFG channel every 10 seconds.

Currently, the message you will receive is “You do not have permission to speak.”

In a future patch this text will be updated to be more accurate.

I’m coming from Argent Dawn realm (RP). We created there monthly magazine, Shapes, and released already two issues. And we thought it would be funny if we could share our work with players from other realms, not only our. Magazine is generally focused around our server people and events, but I think you will be able to get some fun from it as well
