Uh oh, it sounds like our fellow players in Europe are having a bit of a latency issue. But not to worry Blizzard is trying to fix it but they need your help:
We are seeing reports of people having latency problems while playing World of Warcraft on some servers, We are there for are requesting that if you are experiencing latency that you provide all the information requested to help locate and fix any potential problems.
This information is important to narrow down any possible connections between the submitted information as all information provided to us is then sent to the Network team investigating the problem; with out any information no matter if it shows no problem then it can be difficult to create such a report.
